I'm interested in photographing the outside of a building that's been designated as Protected.
I've looked up the Protected buildings Act and all it states is that photography is not allowed within the premise itself.
Am I legally allowed to photograph the space from outside of fencing which states PROTECTED PLACE ?
In a situation where a policeman tells me that I am not allowed to take a photograph from outside the space, what should I do?
