Where can I find international volunteer expeditions to join?

Hi...

am contemplating dropping everything I am doing over here...and going overseas again on some volunteer missions for say 3 to 6 months...does anyone know of any international organisations that we can join and where to find more information?

yes.
there are so many organisations that it'd make your head spin. do your own homework and google "volunteer overseas". alternatively, google "gap year": a lot of gap year organisations do great jobs at getting volunteer placements.
you can do almost anything--medical missions; community work like building houses; saving turtles in the bahamas; conservation and game management in south africa; whale and dolphin research in italy...

meals i think provided, what they eat, you eat...

as for expenses, mostly self paid, you are volunteers, not going to get paid there.
