Filter Holder Adapter Stuck to UV Filter!

Help guys. They are now very stuck together and I cant twist them off again :embrass:

Any neat tips and tricks to share? Hot water? Knocking the rim with a spoon? Help!

Try gripping with anti-slip mats/cloth (cheap ones like those use on car dashboards) and twist in opposite direction.

Grip with the whole hands. not just a two point thumb and index finger grip.

Try using one hand to grip on ur UV filter, and the other hand twist your adaptor ring... I've this problem when I first used it...
