Hi guys, I would like to ask if a LCD monitor has a 1920x1200 resolution, can it display a Full HD picture when connected via HDMI to a PlayStation 3 ? And also which 27-28 inch monitor would you guys recommend ?

HD is just a resolution
720p - 1280x720
1080p - 1920x1080
