Where else to purchase compatible olympus hotshoe cover?

Looking for any 3rd party olympus hotshoe cover cos i misplaced my. Checked with the olympus centre at high street and they qouted me an exorbitant price of $15 for one (relatively speaking the nikon hotshoe cover is going for $2-3 only but too bad it doesn't fit my c7070). Anybody can help me?

hotshoe covers should be universal in terms of size, if I'm not wrong.. else you can try asking TCW, or Cathay.. definetly cheaper than $15.. for my case I used a canon cover instead

Thanks for the reply. i file down the nikon covers tail end to fit the c7070 and apparently it worked pretty well. No need to spend additional money already

is it really compatible with other brands ?
cause i've ever bought a nikon hot shoe cover for my canon G7 and the G7 won't fire any flash when the hot shoe cover is attach to it.
now i'm looking a hot shoe cover for my 450D also.

Well, hotshoe covers are hardly necessary IMHO - and there's always blu-tack to fill the void...

Yup its not necessary esp for canon cams as they'll prevent flash from firing if its on. i use it more for aesthetics reasons. Yes the nikon caps should fit canon hotshoes.
