Hey Guys,

Just wanted to say "Hi" and nice to meet all of you! I'm looking at buying a DSLR soon. I have enjoyed photography for many years (admitedly on a more limited scale) and now that I finally have the funds I figure it would be nice to upgrade. Unfortunately I am still pretty green in SLR photography. I've seen some amazing shots here on the forum and I look forward to learning from all of you! :)

Cheers!

Ha ha. Yea, I know what you mean. I have some experience with manual cameras (I have an old Leica M6 at home in Australia). So I can appreciate the steep learning curve. :) At least with a DSLR the observed effects of shooting will be more immediate than waiting for a week to get your prints back! :D

Thanks for the welcome guys, will let you know when I finally take the plunge and hope to see you guys around! :)

Cheers.
