D60 Preview lag

Hi guys, I just bought D60 not long ago. Everything is nice about this new cam except that it takes about 3 secs for the preview to screen every time I take a shot. (continuous shooting is ok, just the preview) I thot maybe it was the SD card or something, so I went around hunting for higher speed SD cards.

Then I came to John3:16 @ Funan and they tested the cam. Realised it's the body itself that was the problem. The guy tried using a brand new set of D60 to test and it was the same problem.

Anyone holding D60 having the same prob or is there a way to correct it? 3 secs is real slow, I can live wif it but was wondering if there was any way to solve it. thx!

Try turning off the noise reduction and active-d-lighting.

Tried turning off active d lighting b4, will test it out.

I know it takes slightly longer if Active D-Lighting is turned on. But didn't time how long it took.
