Deuter Air Contact 60+10L

I have started to travel more and more often recently. So far I have been using a Luggage case until my recent trip to Cambodia as I borrowed my friend's Deuter Quantum 70 + 10. Am thinking of getting my own backpack. I saw in Carrefour today that the Air Contact 60+10 SL is selling at $135. Is this a gd deal? I know this is a bag designed for ladies, but i don't really mind.

Can the more experienced backpacker help to advise? I think $135 for such a backpack is quite a good deal.

Depends on ur needs, the air contact is more suitable for trekking... in the sense that it would be comfortable to carry, but to unload things would be abit tricky cos it's toploading... if u are the kind of traveller who will reach a place n stay there for 1-2 days, n walk ard with a small daypack most of the time..u might wanan look @ some other models that say, have full zipper...

SL doesn't meant for ladies only, just that it's for shorter back. Better try that on with load to see if it fits you esp the hip padding part which is most important.

Go to the beach road army market. Plenty of decent backpacks there for sale at reasonable prices.
