I did not advertise my photo services on sg.8 8 d b.com??

hi all,
Need some advice from U guys

just found out from a friend who just happened to surf sg.8 8 d b.com and found my contact there. BUT, i never put my contact or list of services there in the first place with my permission. they even just put services that I dont provide in my alleged advertistment they also used my images without my permission.

it's wierd that i suddenly have free advertisement and I dont like it if there's strings attached if I do freelance work because of their advertisement. in their terms & conditions, it states all images are their intellectual property but they used my photos or mebbe other CSers fotos as well?

Would like to seek advice if any CSer has faced the same thing? what should I do? first thing I do want them to do is remove my contact entirely from sg.8 8 d b

I noticed the website address was originally filtered by CS forum. If the post or website addy is illegal or not welcome in CS, appreciate if some advice in PM or post if possible from the moderators...

Yes, however they all contacted us and request permission. Advertisement was put up tastefully and free of charge. One even update changes made to mirror accurately our services. Like this unethical leh! Maybe seek clarification from them and have them drop the unwanted ads.

Mine was put up without my notice, even one of my images was used.

And it's not just at this website, several others as well. I think even street directory.com.

Not sure what's happening but since they seem to be non-degradatory I just let it be. For now at least.

as a freelancer you should have the rights to reject an assignment...

don't feel so borthered by it... who knows... you might strike gold there.
