Hi I just got my first DSLR 350D. Planning to get a flash any recommendation? 430ex or 550ex?

Ya that is why I'm planning to get a 2nd hand one. But I prefer 550ex. Thanx for your advise bro. 580ex of coz it's good but out of my budget.....

Actually this flash's price is pretty reasonable for it's functions and features.

Agree with the rest.... go for a 580EX II.

Its the most powerful flash you could get from canon...... better an overkill in term of power, then to discover later that a cheaper model was unable to give you the extra power you need...... then upgrade again, even 'waste' more money.....

btw...... a 580EX II could still be sold at a good price as 2nd hand.

That's abt 2nd hand or grey set price. New one around $720.
