Warranty must have receipt to be valid? How to sell items in same receipt separately?

For e.g. I bought my body and flash unit together and they appear in the same receipt, if I want to sell my flash unit, I can pass the warranty card to the new owner but what about the receipt? It's mentioned in the warranty card that original receipt must be present for the warranty to be valid. Can a photocopy work?

No problem.
Remember the date,year and timeof the day which u bought these items.
Then call the outlet and get them to backtrack the sales record for you.:thumbsup:

Yes,get them to generate another one for u.
If they ask,just cut it short saying u want to have those item insured but lose the original receipt.
Try to make it a one time,multiple times and people get pissed.

Yup! Now that I am thinking of selling some of the items, I know that in future I must ask for separate receipts!

Yes .. a photocopy will work. Thus, best before you sell, just pass your new buyer the photocopied version.
