based on this clip,y is it that when i click the Run button,the program runs rather than open up the window as shown in the clip?

is it bcos he's using raw n i'm using jpeg?

i got another prob.(sorry super newbie here)
i'm currently trying to get a string of actions to work so i can do a batch of pics.

i managed to get Image Size>Sharpen>Noise Ninja to work.
but when i put in Export(save for web) into the string,due to one of the command,c:\users\syc77\Pictures\001.jpg,it keeps on over writing file 001.

any idea how i can get this action to work with the action to save the files as 002,003 n so on?
