i have tried the ones in batam and also the one in genting. frankly speaking i think the ones in batam are the fastest. not sure about the same for local and jb though.

There is one go kart circuit at Taman Jurong, right next to the Jurong Superbowl. I'm not sure of the price though.

JB, Permas Jaya charges RM30 for 10 minutes I think. The last time i went there was company sponsored.

the one in genting is at the outdoor theme park... its charge per entry which i think is bout rm40... not sure bout batam... but frankly speaking one look at the one in genting you will shake head haha... i think its for safety sake since there are also children involved. but the batam one is more for adults so can go much faster... best if its after rain... can really skid around corners if you are not able to control the turning...
