Why not .... he is still human though. Anyway this is nothing new. The U.S military has been
charging fellow Muslims with terrorism ever since their proclaimed war on terror. But many have been released due to lack of evidence. A good example is a Briton that goes by the name of Moazzam Begg. Do a research on him and you know what I mean ..
