Hi guys!!

I'm looking for a bag to put my Canon 40D, 17-85mm lens and lens hood.
Planning to get 1 more lens(most probably 17-55mm) and 1 more lens hood.

Anyone can recommend me brand and type of bag?
Approximately let me know the price too so I can go n compare.

Thanks a million in advance!!!!!

think about wat u need..

1) ease of carrying (backpack)
2) ease of getting gear out (shoulder bag)
3) looks
4)price

bottomline..take all ur gear go to a shop like CP n try

Yes as suggested, look into the type 0f bag you want
Shoulder/body sling/backpack/waist belt/pouch are a few varieties

Shoulder sling can be quite a strain on shoulder especially if you travel for days.

Body sling ones like Lowepro slingshot can have fast assess to the camera.
With abit of luck u might be able to latch a tripod onto it ( dep on the tripod dimension )

Backpack got much more capacity. Then again there are small ones.
individual preference.

Only 20? Can think of hundreds, if not more. How long is a piece of string? Only way to find out is go down to the shops and walk and walk. And if you are serious about your hobby, you'll get more than one bag because there's no such thing as one bag to suit all purposes. Ask me and I'll tell you that I've got more than 7 or 8 bags and still seeking to buy more - as I discover that I still need THAT bag for a particular purpose! Hehe! Good luck!

there's also belt pack...but dun think any can store 40D..am nt too sure ..or take a look at kata..if u want lowepro...there's a new one, fastpack...come in model # 100, 200, 250 n 350..100 is damn small like a kid bkpack..250/350 come with laptop compartment..

Guys, thank you so much!
I'll go and take a look at what you guys recommended me and compare..

You can take a look at Tamrac Velocity 9X, its a sling bag with can fit my 30D with grip, 70-200mm, 10-22mm, 24-70mm, EX 580II, Blower, 4-5 fillters, cleaning kit, spare batteries etc. Manfrotto tripod hanging by the outside of the bag (it a very nice fit) The bag is compact and comfortable to carry (for at me least). Removal of camera can be done just by shifting the bag from your back to your stomach area. It has a modern look to it, mine is in the shade of black and grey. Bought at TK Photo at $88 only :lovegrin:cheap cheap. I also have a Crumpler shoulder bag $295 at Crumpler and a Lowepro Primus AW backpack $200 at TK, (I like slim and compact bags which does not says "Camera Bag"). Like what other bro says, different bag for different situation. As I travel alot, I am now looking for the Think Tank UD60 for all my gear and laptop, it can be piggy back on top of my trolley bag when I go oversea and yet it does not look like a camera bag.;)

Alright, Thanks all for your recommendation!!!
