Qns about MS Paint

Hi....

a very newbie qns...

after i took photos and transferred to the PC ,
i open the photo using paint ,
i saved the photo without doing anything,
the file size is changed to a very small size.

does it have any effect on the quality of the pic file?

Yes, Paint uses a high compression ratio. You probably lost a lot of fine detail.
