That the company wants to correct.
If they bring attention to it, may give competitors chance to bad-mouth the company.
well, if it is just fine-tuning works without affecting privacy and usability, it's ok for me as an end-user.

i've encountered this on at least twice last year. My PC is always put to suspend and never turned off. There was 2 occassions that the PC restarted automatically while I was in the middle my work and lost several hours of work. The restart window said something like the system needs to restart for windows update to work properly. All the time with windows update OFF.

i think your windows update got problem. my 3 yr old Dell (with a recently spoilt battery) can never done that to me before... hmmi've encountered this on at least twice last year.
