I'm not sure where to post this but....

I bought a 100L Digicab Dry Cabinet and the instructions for use are in typical "English-is-not-my-first-language" English. I can get everything to work fine but one line says "adjust shelves to desired level". Gosh, thanks. But how? I can't seem to figure out how to remove a shelf or move it to a different set of holes. Before I break something, can anyone give me a hint?

Some can some cannot.... there are tighten with the screw. :(

thanks, I'll look for a screw but I didn't notice one yet. The posts on the side of the cabinet that hold the shelves do have a lot more holes that seem to be where the shelves can be adjusted to but maybe they are just for show.

I just lift up the tray, and there are some "hooks" like thingie on the sides.
I took those up and then put it back into the holes that are either lower or higher.

maybe bring back to the shop and ask the shopkeeper to help you.

You should have a set of hinges, where you're supposed to latch it onto the slots. 4 per panel. It's a DIY thing. Try it, you'll get the hang or it (no pun intended).;)

Haaa... well said.

I have the same brand, but mine is a much smaller size. Remove equipments first then remove the platform by lifting it up and tilt to an angle, so that you can remove it form the cabinet. If you see 4 retaining silver-colored retaininer (at each corner of where the platform was) you can remove them by moving it gently 45degree up from the housing... (gentle.. no chance to break anything)

If your mechanism dun work as say.. you have something different from mine. You may then have to take pics so that people can relate.

haha..nice explaination bro! But can you translate it into multi-language(chinese, malay, tamil)? Just noticed that TS mentioned english is not his first language..hahaha..

1. Pull out the shelf, den lift it up to remove it.

2. you will den see 2 rails, one on each side of the cabinet where the shelf used to be.

3. lift up the front portion of each rail and pull. (front slot vertical while back slot is horizontal)

4. relocate to desire level. (remember back is horizontal slot while front is vertical slot)

5. After you had done it for both side, (make sure the rails are of the same height) put back the shelf. (reverse way of how you took it out)

You mention English is not your 1st language, den can tell us what is your 1st language? If we know what is your 1st language maybe we can write the instruction in that language.

Hope my english instruction helps. else I might have to take photos to show step by step. FYI, the 100L version shelf is plastic so handle with care. My other 60L cabinet is metal shelf. Dunno why the new version is made of plastic.

Thanks all. I'll try again tonight.

BTW, sorry for the confusion. Although English is not my first language, American is. I have managed to figure out what everyone was saying so far. ;p What I was saying before was that the instructions were written by someone that learned English 20 years ago in one class during Primary 4. Although he only got a D, he can still remember 5% of what he learned. Apparently that's why he was nominated as the resident expert to write the instructions. ;)

Americano.... okie glad u did not slipped into deeper confusion than you already have with my explanation. So i presume everything works for you now. anyway.. taken Blazer_workZ advise to work on the Chinese version.. no harm trying :-

看到这个。。 把她拉开。。 再把那个取出来。。。。 明白吗?

Sidetrack abit... Do you guys always keep the cabinet running even when no one is around or switch off the power with the equipment still inside when no one is at home?

I had it on the last time i need to be away for a month. Typically, they are not suppose to be heavy energy consuming... works with a trigger when humidity exceed you settings.

It is not necessary to bring the cabinet back to the shop. I am sure they have display units there. Just point and use sign language ;)
