There is actually no need to be in relation to Four Thirds because the all functions are basically the same. Only sensor difference. (Correct me if I am wrong)

I recommend HWM MEGAGUIDE: Digital Photography. Many will recommend this.

Understanding Exposure

There is a later edition which features the Sony a100. Get the earlier edition, which is the one you see on the webpage. :)

You wanna learn about the Four-Thirds system? Four-Thirds forums! ;p

Yes... yes... yes... the HWM MEGAGUIDE: DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY is a great book and it only cost $18. It is on a reprint and I found it at Kino.

The Photographic Guide To Exposure - Chris Weston
The Photographer's Eye - Michael Freeman

all the national geography guide books. :)

I highly recommend this too.

Just bought a D80 at COMEX and learned so much from this book, Understanding Exposure, by Bryan Peterson. Got it from Rice Bowl at $44.95.

Not only does the author simplify technical concepts, he also shows the effect of different aperture/shuttterspeed/iso on the same image. He also shows what lens he used for each image so it gives you an idea of what to buy in future if you want to achieve the same type of angle.

Have been tinkering with M mode right after buying the book and it's a breeze!

I like the National Geographic series of book. Visit PageOne at VivoCity or Riceball at Funan to have a quick browse.
