I have a feeling that this is just a testing ground for our SAF ....
if one day we run out of land, the SAF can build one giant platform in the international water and can practise their live-firing exercises .... :bsmilie::sweatsm::sweat:

Just wondering ... why is it common to call this Singapore's birthday? It's not that there was no city or no population/society on this island before August 9, 1965. Isn't National Day merely relating to the present version of Singapore's legal/political identity - in a way just an administrative act?
