hey guys.i dunno whether its fungus or wat.but wen i set my cam to high aperture like 8f and above black spots comes out in some areas of the images.but wen in low apertures its fine.i tried in all kinds of lightin but i tink its the cam tat has the problem.tried cleanin also cannot? how?!!!!

are the spots at the same places all the time?

are you talking in terms of lenses?

did you try mounting other lenses to try?

are you using a dSLR?

where did you tried to clean?

still under warranty?

Sorry, some of my questions are quite dumb. I'm just confused by your enquires :dunno:.

it's prob dust spots on your sensor.
Use a blower on the sensor. Be careful not to bump the blower into anything.
Alternatively, send cam to svc centr for sensor cleaning, nikon svc centre does it for free if cam still under warranty, not sure abt other brands

its the sensor i tink.i tried cleanin it alr but it still has those bloack spots.its dust i guess?
but cam is only like 2 weeks old?canon 30d by the way

doesn't matter how new the cam is... there are ppl that clean their sensor at the service centre only for a new dust spot to appear a few days later.... point is dust is something that you have to live with if you want to use a dslr... learn how to do self cleaning and buy some cleaning kits... lots of guides online

take it to the canon service center and let them take a look. got very good service from them last time.

if u think, u cud clean it real nice, maybe u cud do that next time. personally I wudnt want to do anything to mess my camera tryin to save a few bucks. But then, I dont have much experience with digital. or maybe u cud ask service center for advice
