Hmmm. I'm new as well, but from an audience perspective, maybe there's a bit too much black nothing-ness at the bottom?

Would've liked to see it in landscape format.

It may be just my eyes, but i seem to see a tilted horizon (sorry if I'm mistaken)

Colours are rather rich, good one!

:)

great colours but i think you should crop out abit of the blacks at bottom. i suggest crop it to the rule of thirds.. would rid of the blacks and make a nice composition wrt to the boat. tilted horizon. great colours. nice water texture. but i find that it is abit OOF

keep shooting

cheers!

Haha.. Not the same photo but another shot i took from a different angle in landscape format.

1) Highlights in the sun too blown out, get a GND! =)
2) Which strikes me as odd, why so much black levels - playing with gamma?
3) As mentioned before in other threads the buoys of Bedok Reservoir are quite an eyesore during the sunset, but I guess it isn't so bad in this one, to be honest
4) Composition issues have been mentioned already, so won't really comment on that
5) Try playing with color balance to achieve a more interesting result, or alternatively just add a warmup filter.

Cheers!
