heard over the radio about it. which one? i did not pick the news up in the papers. he was only fined, apparently that's what i heard over the radio.

It's Goh Chye Boon lah... I worked with him during the S2006. Rather, I worked for him. ;p

In spite of the offence, he is actually a very nice guy. He's receptive to feedback, and quite friendly and humble.

Me too on the IMF WB S2006.
Not that close to him but he chaired some meetings with us.
Guess he is ok. Some of the other people on the committee are also nice characters.
