Who has 2 (or more) dSLR systems?

I know of a few people who use both Canon and Nikon dSLRs.
I'm curious about how many people actually own and use 2 (or more) different systems of dSLRs.

As Canon and Nikon are the more dominant brands and there are too many possibilities of combinations, the others will just be called other in the poll but do state what is the other in your posting.

Pls note, don't include your PnS, Rangefinder, Lomos, etc. This is only about SLRs!

I own just.... 1.

But personally, I feel its the focal length of my lenses and what the particular brand has to offer.

Have a Fujifilm S3 nw. Whilst its a notoriously slug slow camera, I feel that the dynamic range of the sensor holds a great deal over other brands has to offer. That's a 1up for me.

And assuming in the future, if Nikon comes up with an affordable FF camera, the FF is a good enuff draw (in addition I could use my current set of lenses), that's yet another draw.

And if Canon comes up with an affordable FF camera with the dynamic poweress of Fujifilm's sensors, I'd change systems.

IMO, I dun think there's really a need to own 2 or more systems unless that particular brand has some incentive which translates to real benefits to help me when I'm shooting.

We have a Canon EOS300D (on loan to friend), Nikon D50 (mine), Nikon FM2 (Dad's but it might as well be mine now, since he hasn't touched it in years), Olympus C-50z (mom uses for shots) and a seriously old Yashica SLR

Since I can't count the Yashica as I've never used it (moldy, ugh), I'll consider myself Nikon + Canon

Mainly a Canon guy, but sidetracked into an Olympus E1 for a while a few years back. Just to see what the big deal was about the (then) new four-thirds system. [Not too impressed, sold off the E1 after a while.]

Nah, I have the 300D because it was a gift. I'm interested in Canon's lens line up though, and the EOS 5D, but the Canon system is staying untouched till I have a funky Nikon line up. D200 + 12-24 f/4 + 17-55 f/2.8 + 70-200 VR f/2.8 + 200-400 VR f/4 + 600 f/4 + 105 micro + some lens shift lenses

Well, way back, I've used both "D & F"-SLRs from Minolta-500si/super(my 1st-beginner F-SLR)upgraded to Nikon F70 then F80 then Canon EOS 30(AF-Eye-Ctrl) & Nikon D100 but finally landed on Canon EOS 20D.(All-in-all spent quite a sum+many lenses+accessories:sweat: )+(Not to 4get of repetition of "MUSIC"=from wif(hope she not reading or else:hammer: , going on every now & then for adding New-Stuffs:sweat: =perhaps 1 of the pros & cons).

Btw, frankly, each has its own +/gd & -/bad points(to me=no :flame: ok) just to share some POV that I have.
