3. The Contest is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Singapore who are [18] years old and above as of the date of participation. All participants below 21 years of age are required to obtain their parent's / guardian's consent before they participate in the Contest and shall provide the particulars of their parent(s) / guardian(s) to MCTV during the submission of the participants' particulars when taking part in the Contest and as and when required and/or requested by MCTV. The participant(s) warrant to MCTV that they have the legal capacity to participate in the Contest in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Does this mean that below the age of 18 are not allowed to participate, or below 18 are allowed with parental consent? :) The former right?

from what i understand is <18 = cannot enter, 18<age<21 needs parental consent

Right, so I am correct. Sad, I can't have some fun.

Two entries = two photos. Its the same as last year, I took part and was top 20 last year. At least this year there's no requirement for 12R printout.:)

the T&C seems a bit daunting.... of course its probably no different from most competitions. Still, the use without credit bit and the perpetuity bits are especially worrying....

icic, thanks.

Wah, got into Top 20. I felt it i can go into top 20, it would be good enough. But viewing on previous selected pics, i think that all they looking for seems to be photos focusing on humans' emotion (as per the title)

Haha, ya at least no need to print 12R  else it will cost quite abit.

Or, I save photos & entry form into 1 CD and submit....PLS HELP:cry:

good question. i submitted mine with the form printed but also burnt the softcopy into the CD along with the pictures. but what i know, some people submitted without the form printed. meaning everything burnt into the cd.

i also wonder if colour digital can be converted to b&w or not?

I peeped into the submission box and saw lots of envelopes, some CDs in casings and some CDs without casings. So I think anyway is ok....

Haha.... was at the Esplanade Cafe and saw that the hole was big enough to look into.
