Tanjong Pagar Toy Model

Hi, I took this picture of tanjong pagar on my P&S camera. EXIF unknown.
After the shot, I did some PP using GIMP (too cheapo to invest in PS/CS etc.)
Basically I did some gaussian blur masks (top and bottom)
then use gaussian masks to create a blurred/OOF effect.
This is followed by adjusting the color curve to achieve a "toy model" look.
What do you think? PP too harsh? C&C appreciated

photo looks interesting to me..try adjusting abit of the saturation...also try downloading the Adobe Lightroom( free for 30 days) and you can use alot of variable adjustments for your work.Very flexible and powerful tool for post processing.
