High Street Centre for Singapore water front pics?

Hi Ladies and Gentlemen,

Can anyone enlighten me if High Street Centre is still available for taking landscape shots of our Singapore waterfront? I'm referring to the one with the skycrapers as the background and the Singapore river as the foreground pics. you cant get the nice angle and it is difficult to get your gears to squeeze through the "blades", that is if your dare. small compact digital with swivel lcd can to the job though.

you see, the roof top is now some office.
the corner of the remainding floors below is block by translucent panel.
the sides are block by the shades, so you cant fire a rpg at the paliment house so easily of sniper hit the members of parliment so easily.
