Need help, anyone know of any free data recovery software?

Need some help here, my cf card was corrupted and my photos cannot be uploaded into my comp.

Anyone know of any free software to recover data/photos from corrupted cf cards? Tried a few sharewares, they only let me preview the photos that can be recovered, but to do actual recovery, I must buy the damn thing.

Anyone using any good freeware care to share?

i use the free software from my sandisk extreme 3 CF cards. it works. can even restored my whole 320GB worth of photo from my corrupted backup disk.

There's no software for my cf card. there are freebies i got from buying the camera.

actually not sure whether it works, try borrow from those people who have the cf card recovery software. I think, think only har, it might work. No harm trying.
