Gentlemen:

This really amuses me. How did he manage to leave Singapore? We have the best security forces whom are so capable and has foiled terrorist activities!! Our CIQ has the best security system: biometric data, X-Ray, well trained officers ect...

Anyone knows when did he leave our shore?

Oh.. This reminds me of Ah How. He walks across to Malaysia after killing the poor girl, some more he did it without any travel document.
Seems like not much improvement has been made so far.
;(

Has any authority clarified the matters yet?

Remember the Gomez saga?
He was picked up at Airport after the election, for making a false claim and he has already apologised for his actions to the public.

Remember Tan Liang Hong? The opposition candidate at Chang San GRC.
His assets and properties were confiscated, all because he is made a bankrupt for standing by his political beliefs.

How come Richard Yong managed to off load all his properties worth 7.3million, for he had cheated the whole nation and while criminal charges are being pressed against him.:dunno:

did he go for emergency plastic op? or did he wear those cover everybit middle easten attire.

mods: if my comment abit too much pls remove. :embrass:

But, we have invested so much in the Biometric security system. How could we have missed him at the check points. Eve if he has tured up as a woman, we should have i identified him, according to leaders.

Are we paing for a highly engineered white elephant again?

Why wasn't his passport impounded?

Ya lor, why hur?:dunno:

My company security guard also aked this question. I dono how to answer.
I think must get our A Grade Affairs Mister to answer liao.

he found a loophole? or someone else provided the loophole? :bsmilie:

Maybe, there's alot of white elephants manning the check points, and Richard brought along a lot of peanuts with him.

Elephants love peanuts...

Was he supposed to have his passport impounded?
I thought only if a person is a flight risk then his passport would be impounded.
Can't blame immigration if that wasn't done in the first place.

There are a few lawyers here who can answer the question.
I think when made a bankrupt, the passport should be impounded.

But on the other hand, shouldn't those custom officers recongise him, since the NKF story is widely carried by the press.

I think need to withhold their mid year bonus liao.

If I make such a mistake, my boss sure fire me.

:bsmilie: :bsmilie:

I cant believe the immigration officers cant recognize that face !!!!!

 Welcome to stinkapore !

I really don't know...
But my leader always tell me, we are the best, we are no.1, since I started schooling and until now.

Wait on, I think I have got an answer to your question... ours leaders are the Best Paid and we are the Best Tax Payers.:bsmilie:

I think he must have walked cross the causeway wearing a scraf over his face. :bsmilie:
:bsmilie: :bsmilie: :bsmilie:

Sion have you been walking over the Causeway in your Afghan girl garb and revealing your chest hair to whoever stops you?

Maybe he did that, and then no one dare to stop him!

Ya... After all he got such a distinct face.

Since, They like to peg Public Sector to Private Sector, are we going to see some private Sector's punishment being meted out to the A grade people?

I really feel shame.

We are so good at catching one or two packets of illegal cigarettes and missed a multi-million Elephant. Can you imagine an elephant checking in a lot of peanuts, walked pass the security check point and stumble pass the immigration check points without having anyone realising an elephant has boarded a plan?
