I post is issue a few month ago but cannot find it again.

C.H.A appear again on the scren again. This time the screen appear "the card canoot be use again". I better go and check what really happen.

I went to the aibert complex (convergent System) to ask what is the problem. The service department tell that when C.H.A appear mean checK your card. There is nothing wrong with the camera is only the card. But they need to check before they exchange a brand new card for me.

When I went back after lunch they just say. Sir this is a brand new card for you.. :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
 

Is the problem disappear with the new card?

May I know the brand of the card?

me got this error also last year.....:) solution is change new card......:D
 

D70/70S seems to have this problem quite alot.

There was a batch of the Lexar 1GB 80X which had faulty firmware and gives CHA error some years back. If so you can go RMA it.

So far no problem with my D70s.

Yes, there is BLOD problem with D70, but not with D70s. Check nikon website. IIRC, they offer free replacement of the circuit board that give you BLOD for D70.
