It was nice meeting you, Andrew. :)

That was night was our lucky night becuz all gates were opened and we got to take many rare pictues inside the stadium. Unfortunately, the security guard came by after u guys left. He stopped me from taking anymore pictures.

The latest news is that we are only allowed to take pictures from 7am to 7pm. We need to sign at the security guard post first. Perhaps that was the first and last time we got to take pictures inside.

So Andrew, you got anymore shots of the inner stadium? :)

that's great info! just sign at that guard post will do? where is the guard post located?

well, they actually restrict entry now? I shoot at the inside sometime end of last year with no problem. Though the first time I went, I was stopped cos the NDP fixtures aren't totally removed yet.

Andrew, you do have some interesting pictures. Most of them are very noisy due to the digital factor of high ISO setting. Well sometimes it works as it adds up the characteristic to the picture.

Too bad I wasnt lucky enuff to get inside to take more. I've had write in but there's no reply yet.

actually, i was shooting at ISO 200. the noise was intentionally added during processing to simulate grain effect :)

So where are we going for the next night shoot.

I see. Well I know not much about digital night shooting. I still trust film more to digital though I know we can view the results instantly. Another point abt yr pictures is that they are not really sharp. May I know what was yr aperture setting? Perhaps you can shoot at ISO400, you might require lesser time for exposure. Well of cuz with smaller aperture like f/16 or f/22, you have to compensate for the lighting. :)

shot at f/10. first time doing night photography and focusing without much light is damn siong. no worries lah... the more i join you guys, the more i'll improve. next time must remember to bring torchlight to aid focusing. also, must remember to bring timer :bsmilie:

Just take note of what you are emphasizing when you are shooting.
If the subject is further than the lens furthest focus range at infinity...Just turn the focus ring to infinity icon will do. Provided that you stop the lens down to f/11 or so.
If it's within the lens focus range...Perhaps you need to bring a strong torch along to aid focusing.:) Have fun....
