UFOs above Sentosa

Taking some shots around my house today... Saw a patch of flying object(s) above Sentosa.
It flew for some distance from the west -> east and kinda dissolved.

Could it be some locust, bats or swarm of birds?

I also had the picture of those. I think it's smoke, since it's dissolved after maybe ard 1 minutes.
