currently for thumbdrive, is there a bigger capacity than 8GB in the market?

don't know if sg is selling

but there's 64GB thumbdrive from Kanguru
but who'd buy huh i wonder :p

very risky. losing it means 8GB gone. :nono: very sad. :(

The older Corsair Flash Voyager comes in 16gb. US$139.99 (S$212.45) from Newegg.com. The newer range Corsair Flash Voyager GT (which is supposedly the fastest thumbdrive in the world currently) tops out at 8gb. I've got a stick coming in next week so it'll be interesting to test how fast it really is. :D

I'm carrying a 30gb hdd and 4gb td in addition to my macbook in school. Lots of pdf notes

Kinda of risky if i misplace my td so the data is duplicated on the 30gb hdd

good to have back up.. thumb drive is light to carry but can lose easily if not careful .hehe..

get an external harddisk. they are so small nowadays that you can practically fit it inside your pocket. a 100gb ext hdd cost around 100-120 odd only, depends on brand.

in my case, a thumbdrive would be more suitable cos no USB wire
