C&C thank you! =D

hmm.. if you want it as a black and white picture.
maybe you could burn the edge of the pict so the borders will be more visible.
cos it looks kind no bg to me. :)

just my opinion la.. lol

i think what he meant may be like vignetting the edge so that the edges are in darker shades near to black bringing the attention to the centre of the pic? correct me if i am wrong =X

yes. ure right :) adding black border doesn't make the attention go to the two guys.
so, burning the edges is still a better choice. if not. u can do both. :) and compare between the two of them.

oh dear.

Vignetting and adding a border are completely different things, my dear.

I'm so sorry for not being to understand what you have said.

"burning the edges" -- well, do you want them charred, grilled, or steamed? =D

i didn't say that vignetting and adding a border are the same thing.
in my personal and humble opinion, i feel that burning the edges of the border is better because the edges of your picture is like white. And adding a border simple does not achieve the same effect.
'burning' is just a term we use when we process black and white photos in the darkroom.
and since you have posted a black and white photo, i assume that you will understand what i meant by burning.

However, this is just my 2cents. Since you've ask for 'C&C'. :)

oh yar! how bout you try all of them! charred, grilled, steamed. i think they'll all taste superb. XD

I know what is burn... =___=""""

But to burn the edges to get a border is quite stupid isn't it when you can just add a black border?

;).......... :mad2:

Subject faces and expressions are all covered up. I guess that is a no no for sports photography, and their bodies are "sliced" prematurely...
