The competition will be a very challenging 3-hour, 3-topics, 3-images event! The competition is scheduled to start at 0830 hrs Sunday 25 March 2007 at Café FStop,17/19 South Bridge Road.
On that day a participant will be provided with roll of B&W film (either 35mm or 120 roll film) and three topics. They then will be required to interpret and compose 1 image for each topic and expose only three images onto their film in the order the topics are presented are over a 3-hour period.
By 1230 hrs the exposed film must be returned to the event organizers to qualify for judging. The film will then be processed and the 3 images hand printed as a 5x7 straight prints by a professional darkroom worker.
