Compatible SD Issues

Anyone tried these Ridata SD 4GB ?

These are the non-SDHC version ...

Would be beneficial for everyone that users or ex-users of these cards name card version and camera used ...

Believe cameras after TZ1 like FZ50 should have no problems with these cards ... though personally am interested if it can be used with FZ30 ...

read in the dpreview forums, that some had compatible issues with 4GB non SDHC cards. even for fz50, the camera was looking fo SDHC firmware in the card; did not fiind it and then reported card not usable. :nono:

Wah...looks like i better wait for more SDHC to hit our shores and buy 2GB SD instead...

Personally went down to EG today ...

Appreciate warm hospitality of Management and Staff of EG ...

Sadly Ridata 4GB SDs are not compatible with both FZ30 and TZ1 ...

This should spare lotsa trouble for bros here ...
