What's a better/cheaper option to transfer money overseas?

Need to transfer some money over to "BANK OF CHINA SHANDONG BRANCH"

However, when i call up OCBC, they said TT will have surcharges of S$100+ and will take 4-6 days! What's a more immediate and cheaper option to do the transfer? and safe also?

Just checked, western union is quite immediate (few minutes), for S$80 surcharge.. is it reliable or is there better/cheaper option?

Use BOC lor... provided u got local BOC account.

Because they only accept TT.. it's a company in China...

I use company send to another company, 20 bucks nia...

another option is use money changer... also TT, only slower nia. but if u send liao, just fax the invoice over, they will verify & do wat they need to do.

i use UOB send 20 bucks nia, maybe got special offer... or my accounts BS me...
