Here's a wedding bouquet that was taken today at my friend's flower shop. Cannot remember the name of the flower she used but apparently she said this is one of the more expensive flowers used for wedding bouquet. I think it costs her at least $20 a stalk.
This picture was taken with a EOS 10D at ISO 400 (aperture priority mode) with a 17-40 f/4 lens handheld. I bounced the light towards the ceiling board to create a bit of shading on the background. Picture was shot in raw and I did a little bit of retouching and converting it to black & white using the channel mixer with heavy weightage on the blue (75%) and less on red (15%) and green(10%).
The camera is probably 3-4 years old. I was the first hand owner before passing it to my business partner. I borrowed the camera from him for a shoot today and was pleasantly surprise that it is still a good workhorse after all these years. Kudos to the EOS 10D!
Cheers,
Daniel
