hi for those who wear this..may i know how do ur choose the size? i can seem to get the right size...

I thought the sales people there could give you advice?

ya..i want to try out this cos of my painful heel...i tired M6-7 just nice toes close to the tip of the shose..not comfortable but M8-9 is on the loose side...:(

from what i understand, the crocs are not meant to fit nicely but loosely.

That means you should get size M (8-9) then. At first it will feel a little strange wearing sandals that are loose like that. But after a day or two, you will get used to it. Although Crocs sandals look kind of ugly, I must say that they are really really comfortable.

i think this crocs is quite ugly ..

Yeah, that's what I thought when I first saw people wearing them.
My wife tried one pair on and she said they are very comfortable and keeps egging me to buy one pair for myself.
After much nagging, I finally decided to try and I'm a convert now :bsmilie:
Now I never go out without my crocs on (except to work).
As for the size, I don't use the strap so I have about 1 cm gap, just nice. If I put on the strap, then it will be a bit too tight, will need to go the next bigger size.

tks for all reply...i order lio, tks

Just for those who wanna try..

There're many wearing the 'pirate' $6 version who claims on comparision that they're just as good! Probably because they're made from same material?
But has been noted that there're different 'pirate' quality version just like DVDs..distinguished by the black 'nut' at the sides.
A good version has the 'nut' without printing but has a hexagontal imprint.

my boy has 1 orginial 1 n the mat'l is diff feel more resistant on the orginial. well it just the preferr...clone is ok n fine with me if they offer the same comfort n purpose but i will nvr buy the clone with orginial logo/brand inprint.

DO beware on the protection level of the Crocs..

A fren of mine has gotten cut badly by glass shards which went right thru the Crocs while navigating some rough terrain. Do wear proper boots in rougher areas... These may not be able to protect u...

And also becareful when on travelling on an escalator.:bsmilie:

Because the material is so soft and comfortable.

Escalators seem to like chewing on them.:bsmilie:

i buy this cos of my painful heel n see if it will help....n oso got it a real gd price, so why not try it out...:)

shoes just like watches n cloth. diff usages...

I have both the original & the clone. They are both about the same weight but resistence is quite different. The clone one seems to be very slippery on wet grounds. While comfy wise, it's about the same as you have to get a bigger size, so that should not be a problem. But at that price, it's really crazy. $50+ for a pair of slippers, is it necessary? Will it spoil? Does it worth that kind of $ :dunno: I have a pair of slippers which my friend brought from Bangkok too sell last time and it cost me only $10 & i feel pretty comfy in it and it's made of similiar material of the croc. Anyway, crocs are not exceptionally comfy or nice and afterall it's just a pair of slippers. With that price, I could get another pair of nice shoes.

Anyway, just my 2 cents worth.

I saw such an incident happen before me... Man, it's feel like a meat mincer... A yellow CROC (the real thing) got caught on the "in-going" gap before going off the escalator. The shoes got stuck there, the front was literally chewed by the teeth of the escalator. Someone tried to pull it from the "jaws" of the ever-running teeth, but the strap behind came off and was damaged. Final shoes? Front was chewed and damaged, strap came off, shoes is a goner.... Guess what? Next day every escalator got a photo teaching you how to stand on the escalator, instructional photos included! Don't believe? Check out Causeway Point shopping centre :):bsmilie:
