Don't think you can get new 5 megapixel digital camera for tt price.
Try to search for a used digital camera. Go to Search and type in Key Word(s) as "Powershop" and Search in Forum(s) as Marketplace > Buy/Sell: Cameras
Look out for Canon Power A series like A95.
