don't think is a Canon product, just some cheapo tripod pasted with a Canon label to give away as free gift when you purchase the Canon camera.

It is a Canon Tripod. Doesn't look like a cheapo stuff. Anyway where can I get it repaired?

Perhaps you'd like to state which part of the tripod is damaged.

Anyway, it is not cost-effective to repair that tripod or that you may not find any replacement parts for it. You might be better off with a new tripod.

Cheers

hmmm, agree with that, how much your tripod cost? not worth getting it fix if its cheap, else ask the shop that sells you the tripod lol? that shld be good

It is the turning knot level that elevate the stand. The turning knot broke. And this Tripod belongs to my friend.

Think yours should be the video cam tripod. Perhaps you can go down to Sim Lim Sq to buy a new one. Shouldnt be too expensive for such tripods. But Be Careful if you are going down to Sim Lim Sq for their known "prices".

Yea. I know. But just cuqrious. I bought this Sony DSC h5 at $780 at 1 shop and another shop is selling at 899. How come there are so much different?

And how should I spot, which of the item is correctly priced?

Many Thanks.

You have got to know the people there to get the best price. Most would recommend going to Alan Photo for such stuffs in Sim Lim Sq. Nevertheless, always check out the pricing first if possible to avoid any price disappointment later and also, the "freebies" that comes with the package.

Always check to see what is included in the package and never pay until the package is safely in your hands. Else you may find yourself paying for some accessories which they would say "Ohh this one not included, must pay one!".
