I went for the Sony's DSLR's beginner's introduction....wouldn't call it a cause but an introduction talk....(free for A100 owners but have to pay for non-A100 owners[they have a few A100 for these non-A100 owners])

I see alot of advertisements for photography course in CS forum...but yet to try...

I attended a basic photography course, way back when I didn't even own a SLR. I had to learn the basics of photographic skills, B&W photography, darkroom techniques, etc. After that, when I started work, I got my first SLR.

Learning how to operate a camera is easy. Its just technical. Learning the skills of photography can be done through courses, books and most importantly, practise. Even at courses, it more of practise with guidance from the instructor.

tks for your reply guys so now i know that courses and practice practice are the integrients for a 'wow' photo... however i believe that you just dun print what you see in the lcd screen right? i am sure you will have to go thru some photo editing software before the final printing?
