Say I see a domain name of a site I want to use but currently it's owned by another person. The lease for this domain ends say this coming June. Can I buy the rights now which enables me to use the domain name once the current lease expires? Is this possible? TIA.

not really... like some of my acc, auto renew... unless i die or credit card cancel forget to update... ya know... and some i already pre paid 10 years, then it show as yearly...
