Ikea @ Tampines

Made my visit there today after Sitex. Lots of parking space - Do park at level 2 if you are driving as the showroom and warehouse are on Level 3 & 4. Lots of people. The display area is somewhat similar to the one at Alexandra but it's more spacious. Quite a number of people really made themselves at home in the display area. Spotted some individuals lounging on the sofa in snooze mode. The self pickup area is BIG - rather easy to find the items you need. Checkout was fast as all the counters were open - should be around 20.

Bought myself a Pello Chair. Damage - S$55:bsmilie: (Free parking :thumbsup

Eh... not necessarily... they have stress tested their chairs at least a few thousand times and also can take more weight than is common... I believe this one can take at least 200+ kilos...
