Hi,

What are the software available in the market (local and overseas) to help reduce noise, grain, in digital photographs, etc?

Thanks.

You should try Photoshop CS2

use demo version, it is powerfull enough.
the limitation is: only can save jpeg file. full version can save tiff and bmp.

I've tried NeatImage, it can only improve the top left corner of 1024 by 1024 pixels.

I'm impressed with the effects!

I bought neatimage over a year ago. One thing good about them is that they seems to give me all the upgrades since then FOC. Even when there is a major revision change.
