and i see little sparkling things around.. or am i seeing things?

i just add contrast only, didn't do anything else to the eyes.

No... its taken by d70s... What makes u think that its taken by a phone cam?

oops.
the noise is very apparent.
the lack of sharpness also.
you can see the patchiness on the lower right cheek which is usual for phone cams.

oh... maybe i lowered the picture quality to much to make the file small... Thanks:)

I guess you tried to use the maximum aperture and a relatively high ISO speed to catch this shot. Noise is quite heavy in this shot and may be rather distracting unless you are doing it on purpose.

Btw, are you using the kit lens? If so, it may not be a optimal tool for indoor portraits. Do consider using a faster prime lens. Push the shutter speed up to at least 1/30 and to have better DOF, mebbe about f4 or f5.6

dang it.. im really seeing things
i saw it last night.. now it's not there..
