the vision 6/60 does not really tell us the degree. It only tells us, what you can see at 6m is what a normal man can see at 60m.

cos the biggest letter is 6/60 [top roll]

the second last roll is 6/6 [everyone aim to correct their eye sight to at least 6/6]

and the last bottom roll is 6/4 [more than perfect eyesight liao]

you can read 60/6 from 6 meters away... you must be a bald eagle... or hawk...

for SIA as long as you can read the FIRST top most letter without aid, you pass

if you heng, you will get letters like A S X Z J

if you suay, you will get letters like Q O D C H N K X <--- this looks similar... cannot even guess... hahaha
