Chinese Website for cameras

Hi guys,

I have a friend who is a malaysian and is keen to pick up photography.
But he cant read english and dont know how to surf the net.

He just bought himself a Fuji S9500 and learnig himself.
Just like to find out whether anybody knows any Chinese website that teaches how to use a camera and reviews about cameras?
