Do you need to apply for a license to wear a ninja costume for halloween, in public?
If yes, where?

Not too familiar with the costuming or martial arts scene, so i pose the query to the floor.

He has a wooden sword as well. He's juz worried getting stopped for wearing the actual ninja outfit and get his costume confiscated. haaa :bsmilie:
