Is there anywhere I can monitor the prices of new cars?

I'm thinking of getting a small and fuel efficient car (perhaps the Picanto), and I want to get it when the price is low (eg: low COE). So is there anywhere I can see a graph or similar, where it shows the prices of new cars over the last few months/recent years?
